Server Access Details

Server Settings.

To enter your Control Panel go to our StackCP (click on link)

The ability to reset passwords and also the login link to Webmail in the "Mail Boxes" section will be available. From here you can change your email password and configure what is needed for your hosting.

Enter the following details:
(the email that is setup)
Password (Please Contact us to provide this by email only)

WebMail New.
To access your WebMail on the new server, please go to Stackmail (click on link)

Enter the following details:
Full Email Address and Password

Password change
Once you have entered your Webmail Panel, you can change it yourself (under settings) or you can contact us by email for new passwords)

Email Setup Outlook.

New email setup automatic.
With 'autodiscover' technology, the majority of cases, Microsoft Outlook can set up your account for you with only an email address and a password.
In Outlook, choose the File tab, Under 'Account Information', choose Add Account
On the Auto Account Setup page, enter your name, email address, and password, and then choose Next and Finish.

To manually setup or make changes to your email use the following:

Username: Your whole email address (ex: name
Password: Use the email account’s password (no more simple ones for security reasons)
Incoming Server: for POP3 use or for IMAP
POP3 Port: 110 for non-SSL – SSL 995
Outgoing Server:
SMTP Port: For non-SSL 25 or 587 - SSL 465
IMAP Port: 143 for non-SSL – SSL 993
Authentication IS required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

When setting up your account, please choose More Settings > Outgoing Server and check the box for 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication'.

In case of you have any issue with sending, you could use your internet providers smtp settings.

Errors produced in Outlook and Outlook Express in the form of 0x800***** can be referenced by the Microsoft support database at which will give the cause and solution to the error.

Common causes of these issues:

- SMTP authentication enabled/disabled when it should be the opposite.

- Your ISP is blocking access to 3rd party SMTP servers, try changing the SMTP port to '587', or try using your ISP's SMTP server details.

- The package has only been created in the last few hours, and the DNS changes have not yet fully propagated.

- Your firewall could even be blocking your mail client if you haven't used it before.

- Your Outlook account has become corrupt, delete and re-create it to try resolving this.
